At Precision Contracting, we are a full-service design-build general contracting company specializing in custom homes, renovations, additions, and high-quality interior and exterior projects.

We had our master bathroom redone by Precision Contracting, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Hany and Paolo are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, honest and tidy. They take great pride in their work and transformed our space beautifully. Every shower now feels like a spa experience! I also felt completely comfortable having them in our home. They were respectful, cleaned up thoroughly each day, and made the whole process stress-free. Even my timid dog adores them and gets excited whenever she sees their truck on our street (and we all know dogs are the best judges of character!). We started with Paolo and Hany at Precision Contracting in the fall of 2021. We had a very outdated bungalow at the time. They worked with us very patiently to decide what options would give us the most longevity for our family of four. We love our neighbourhood and didn't want to give it up so they gave us our dream space in the home we already loved. First off, Paolo and Hany are the best co-owners and side by side workers we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Having them in our home was a an absolute delight. They work together to provide quick and quality solutions to any problem that may arise. We had a few problems as we went because our house is older and there are always surprises behind walls! They took the time to go over options that could help us move quickly over any bump in the road. In the end, we are beyond thrilled with our new space. They sourced quality materials and have years of expertise in quality craftsman ship and it shows in the day to day use of the final product. I relied heavily on Pinterest ideas for what I wanted to see in the final product. They listened (very patiently) to all of the ideas I had and gave me realistic and affordable options for all, and if there was anything new to them they conquered it with ease. They stayed on budget as promised which for anyone looking to book a reno is majorly important info! They discussed any options that may cost more and gave us the choice as well as their quality and experienced expertise on what might be a better choice. Their work is top quality and they are wonderful guys that care about you and your job! 10/10 would recommend! If you want two great guys that can roll with the punches and still laugh then pull it off - these are your guys!

Hany and Paolo were very professional in their work and demeanour. They are honest, efficient, detailed, hard working, tidy and courteous. They work very well within your budget. We highly recommend their work. They are reliable and follow all regulations tightly. They took our main bathroom and rebuilt it from the bones into a brand new bathroom with ingenious ideas to brighten it up with colour choice and a half glass wall at foot of shower/tub. They also undertook a major renovation with our main floor, taking out a wall, door, re-sizing kitchen window, new hard wood floors, walls, pot lights, etc. They added a ‘massive 4th’ floor addition on top of what was our 3-level back-split, giving us a gorgeous master bedroom with full bathroom, walk-in closet, laundry closet and one more closet, with oversized beautiful windows! Then they suggested adding a skylight over top of the staircase which has completely changed the feel of the home. Just gorgeous. They also enclosed our carport into a garage, AND built a front mud room entrance way while finishing it off with a sharp driveway and pathways to backyard and front door. Our home has been completely transformed - the kitchen is our dream kitchen. Their work is excellent, their experience and ideas help to make you feel comfortable and we are grateful for the suggestions and wisdom they had for us. We recommend Precision-Contracting in a heart beat!

We bought an old house with the intention of renovating the older, more dated, less functional areas. We had a dozen contractors come and look at the space, each of which gave us quotes and timelines that were all over the map. It was frustrating - we had no idea how to trust anyone with our home, we had no experience with contractors, we felt like we were asking too much if we even had a simple question about the placement of a window. I was beginning to think we were going to have our horrible kitchen for a lot longer than we had hoped. I posted on Facebook that we were in need of a contractor, and a friend responded immediately "I have THE BEST contractors." Her reason was that in addition to their impeccable work and staying on budget, they "put love in her house." My friend couldn't have given us a better review. Hany and Paolo came and saw the house. I don't trust people easily, and my guard was up after a dozen different contractors, but I kept my friend's review in mind when we met with them. They approached each challenge as an opportunity. They gave us a realistic budget, which was broken down in such a way that there were no surprises, and we felt in control of our decisions about money. They followed their proposed timeline, and they always worked with us to stay on budget and to ensure that we always knew what we were going to get. THERE WAS COMMUNICATION. Honestly, I can't tell you how much it meant to me that the guys would stick around a little while longer at the end of the day to make sure we were all on the same page about the next day's work. They offered options if we faced an unforeseen issue. They were respectful, good-natured, and incredibly skilled. Most importantly, it felt like our house mattered to them. Hany and Paolo re-did our kitchen, opened up the wall between the kitchen and dining room, opened up a beautiful sliding door to the backyard, built a deck, roughed in a bathroom on the third floor, and re-did our second floor bathroom. This renovation has literally changed our lives and how we feel in our home. We have been back in our homes for a few months, and we are so in love with all of the changes. We are so thrilled to have had this experience with Hany and Paolo, for their skill, artistry, professionalism, attitude, and confidence. We will absolutely call them again when it is time to put in that third floor bathroom!
